Payment can be made with a card using the third-party provider Stripe on the website. Stripe accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and more. Stripe also supports a range of additional payment methods, depending on the country of your Stripe account.

Domestic orders can be made via internet banking, bank transfer, or by payment slip at any bank or post office in the Republic of Croatia. Once the payment is visible on our account, the order will be processed. The payment deadline is 3 business days after which the order will be canceled. The payment currency is EUR (Euro). This payment is accepted only from Croatian bank accounts.



Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Before shipping, we review and carefully pack each of our products.


If in any case you receive damaged item or item that doesn’t match to your order please let us know immediately. Send us an e-mail to with your full name, order number and explanation of an issue. We will then contact you back as soon as possible to arrange a refund or exchange.


If you don’t like the product you ordered you can request refund or exchange by sending us an e-mail but in that case shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of original and return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For exchange, you will also be charged the cost of shipping of the new item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or has parts missing for reasons not due to our error.


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


There is no return policy on custom items unless there is a defect with the product. All items are thoroughly inspected before being shipped. However, if you believe there is an issue, please contact us at, and we will make every effort to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
